Duane was remarkable to work with on the purchase of our new home. He made the process simple. Things that were complicated, he was able to break down so we understood exactly what we needed to do to move forward. He and his team were quick and efficient with processing our items, notifying if anything was missing, and communicating through every step of the process. Anytime we had a question, we could call, text, or email and he responded right away. I’m truly not sure if he sleeps because he was genuinely available around the clock. Duane presented all of the options in a clear manner and stated the pros and cons of each so we felt confident with our choices. He listened to our unique situation and got us the lowest possible cash to close amount. Even the sellers team complimented at closing how incredible Duane and his team were to work with, saying in all of their years, they had never worked with anyone better.
